both titles are now at 9th spot. will Akina be able to hang on for one more day? the recent promo activities definitely helped with the sales. wish there were more promo spots!!

We will know tomorrow when Oricon releases their press notices. The signs look good since she has been in the Top 10 for most of the week and she would have to be very unlucky to be edged out.
I think the album will probably debut at No. 8 (same as Uta Hime Double Decade?). Fingers crossed.
It’s a close call for the Jan 21 ranking – the album dropped a notch to No. 10 but the DVD plumped down to No. 17!!
it’s some good news anyway. but i do agree with somebody who mentioned here earlier. it’s kinda bittersweet that the last 3 top 10 albums are all from the utahime series (if this one counts).. her original works are good enough, aren’t they?!
"Destination" was certainly good enough–or should have been. But without adequate promotion, few outside the set fan base took note.
Still, however it comes about, it’s wonderful to see Akina have a good showing on the charts.
How much has Destination sold overall (sorry I’m totally helpless with Oricon. Or does it even show there?)? It seems to have been #298
?
certainly destination made it into top 100 in the first week, but seems it slipped down to the edge in the second. i think the sale as indicated in oricon would be somewhere around 10,000. maybe a little more?
just search from the net on Japan, the total sale of Destination in Japan just 12,000 pcs only. I think more promotion is need!!!
first week sales of Desination in Japan is almost same as Best Finger about 6,600 pcs.
The highest ranking is 20 only.
