I agree with Danny. I think Akina should do what Cher did with her I Believe album. But again, everything needs big MKT budget.

What? No plans for concert this year??!! Well, after seeing her live for 5 straight years, maybe it’s time for a break. Then again, I’m not going to rule anything out – she might surprise us at the last minute.
Doesn’t she usually earn the bulk of her salary from concert tours?
I wonder if she made more money last year than her recent since the year before last was documented as a surprise entry on the earnings list.
I would love to see her do another drama or sing the theme song for a popular drama. Look what "Flavor Of Life" did for Utada’s career.
Lastly, let’s hope that the surprise is not that she is not holding any concerts this year. If so, she should keep herself really busy.

I wonder how many copies HMV ordered into stock? Ballade Best’s Limited Edition definitely sold faster than Utahime Best if they stocked the same quantity. Thank God I ordered earlier.

I just placed my order at CD Japan. I know that HMV number is included in the ranking. I want to be part of the contribution but I guess it’s the same since it’s sold out anyway.
I think it’s really time for all her past company to release full concert of those un-release.

I believe CDJapan counts as well. So, you would be contributing. Even if it doesn’t, you might count towards the 15万枚 sales that the company may trumpet at a later point, if it sells as well as Utahime Best. ;-P

Last few years, I only bought Akina’s items from Amazon becasue it’s convenient. I did not know that they don’t count into the raking.

I believe they managed to order more stock from Universal. After all, they are producing 5万枚 of the Limited Edition, so I don’t think they will run out that soon …
