Been wanting to mash up Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” with one of Akina’s songs, and this worked brilliantly with a sampling loop on “Heartache”. Very subtle. I’ll upload this tmrw. Stay tuned!

So, the biggie in town is that Akina sang “DIVA” (and TWICE!!!) at the Countdown Show, even though she had earlier declined stubbornly to entertain the audience at the X’mas Show with that song saying it’s technically difficult to sing due to the many layerings of the track. well, well, what do we know? somewhere between X’mas and 31st, she decided it’s humanly do-able to sing it. lol.
the moral of the story is go for the Countdown Show, and not the X’mas show, if you have to choose between the two. it’ll be the same show plus a possible surprise, and in this instance, twice over. provided she’s in a good mood.
