Still undecided which are his top ten favourite Akina tracks as it's mission impossible. Digs "Everlasting Love" a whole lot more than the average Akina fan. 7 thoughts on “Music Fair 21 – Medley 2” Okay, there was a bit of straining for the first two songs, but she seems to find it more and more difficult to sing Kita Wing. Maybe she should try it on a lower key and not attempt to do what she used to. The good thing is that she redeems herself with Nanpasen and Rakka Ruisui. She did also mention in the interview (not sure if it is included here) that she loves "soft cream". From the way she demonstrated, it does resemble the soft serve ice cream that you get from the fast food chains. It’s good that she is enjoying fattening food like this, because she needs it badly (and while she’s there, slap on some cheesecake and a milkshake as well), but I hope she is not buying them from fast food outlets, because no one should. Why? Because it is not made from milk or cream. It is made from lard, yes, as in animal fat. Though she needs that too. 😉 Reply I agree that Kita Wing sounds too high for her. She is hurting herself by singing like this. Maybe she wants to show that she is still able to sing the original versions, but she shouldn’t bother with such considerations. I second the view that she should get some weight! May I advise her to use more colorful make-up? A hint of pink on her cheeks would make her look healthier! Reply sorry, I meant Slow motion is too high for her.Her performance on Kita Wing sounds good to me. Reply She looks so much better with her natural hair color (black instead of brown). Reply over our MGM (monthly general meeting) yesterday, we were discussing how she may be straining in order to hit the right notes now, but it could be this process that is giving her vocals serious wear and tear. if this continues, she may not even hit the notes in a few years’ time. she should check into the mountains in Wellington or something. get off her vices, detox her body, get into yoga, wake up earlier every morning, get plenty of rest and sleep, and take in fresh air! and after half a year, try to engage a vocal trainer to jointly whip up some kickass and brand new way of using those chords. pity i dun own a health farm. otherwise i’ll invite her to stay for free! Reply I thought Kita Wing was fine as well. Actually, it was very fine. Slow motion is the one that showed problem. I agree Jamez and Danny that I really want her to hit the high note and sing in the same style as original anymore. I think it hurt her voice. I love her deep tone and chanal the feeling more than just a high pitch. Anyway, like I say before, it’s still a great performance to me. Reply I like "Kita Wing" in this performance and I like "Kita Wing" of Best Finger. Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply Enter your comment here...
