落花流水 (天花乱坠 Extended Mix))

ok ok i bow to pressure. made 落花流水 (天花乱坠 Extended Mix) at 2am. it’s a shitty job but a promise is a promise. i think the song is so well done it’s not possible to improve upon it. anyway, i’m not keen on it so it’s for the hardcore vampires only. go get at strongspace. don’t hate mail me, i tried for months and this is the best i can come up with!

i like the remix title though hehehehehehe…

Akina fanboy since 14. Still undecided which are his top ten favourite Akina tracks as it's mission impossible. Digs "Everlasting Love" a whole lot more than the average Akina fan.

  1. YEAH Suzy!! Thanks!!

hey, the clip in StrongSpace is 0bytes in size. did you upload it ok? =)

  2. DJ Suzy,

Thank you. I like it a lot. It’s longer and that’s very good because I always felt that the original version is a little too short.

  3. it’s akina.strongspace.com!! =) ENJOY!! i love the ending too~! see Suzy – it’s NOT a bad remix at all! we all love it! more more more!!!

  4. Dear Vampires, may I have the password too?

By the way, I think 落花流水 resembled this song (Here I Am by Sertab) very much (both melody and arrangement). Do you think so?

  5. hey Daydream!

i’ve had a listen to Sertab’s song and it is a tad too similar for comfort. i guess we’re onto something pretty interesting, and potentially controversial. i’ll upload the song and let you guys draw your own conclusions.

    later!

  6. oh yes, very similar in many places. but RAKKA is much better in every way. i wonder if AKINA knows about HERE I AM?

  7. I don’t think copyright infringement affects the artiste as much as the song-writers because it is them who put their names down for the composition of the song.

Still, it might add on to the negative publicity …

  8. Oh, dear, I just went to the HMV Japan website and listened to the preview of Sertab’s Here I Am…..I must say that the two songs are, indeed, too similar for comfort. The album that contains Here I Am was released in 2004……..

  9. i would think that the songwriter might have wrote the song with the tune in his head, thus the similarity. In someway, he did a good job in re-inventing the tune, making the sound more fuller and depth.

if you have the song, listen it carefully. both songs are actually not that similar, except maybe the beat and certain parts of the arrangements.

Akina really made a difference when you compare both songs. Sertab is good, but Akina-san is really THE Utahime! =)

  10. Daydream – Thank you very much for the information. I’m glad that I found out here at the first place and not from non-Akina fan.

I, personally, doubt that Akina knew about it.

It does show the level of staff who currently works for Akina.
