DIVA Cover Art

hey guys, i’ve managed to locate 2 higher resolution images of the cover art for DIVA. this gives a clearer idea what those “wavey” bits are. not 100% sure but the other bit could be her hand or something. as the album may carry a more foreign/western sound, perhaps the idea is to create a “westernised” version of Akina. still doesn’t quite look like her, and the shading around the nose makes it crooked, or is it just me?

Akina fanboy since 14. Still undecided which are his top ten favourite Akina tracks as it's mission impossible. Digs "Everlasting Love" a whole lot more than the average Akina fan.

  1. It’s perfectly clear to me… The top wavy bit is Akina’s hair. The bottom waviness is obviously a large bowl of noodles with a spoon handle sticking out of the left side of the bowl. This indicates a consistent “noodle theme” in the songs on the CD and a possible influence on Akina’s costumes and set design for live performances (she’s probably picking up on the latest “noodle couture” trend so popular in Paris this season). Or…maybe I’m just hungry?
