“DIVA” Live at Countdown Show

Happy New Decade everyone!!

So, the biggie in town is that Akina sang “DIVA” (and TWICE!!!) at the Countdown Show, even though she had earlier declined stubbornly to entertain the audience at the X’mas Show with that song saying it’s technically difficult to sing due to the many layerings of the track. well, well, what do we know? somewhere between X’mas and 31st, she decided it’s humanly do-able to sing it. lol.

the moral of the story is go for the Countdown Show, and not the X’mas show, if you have to choose between the two. it’ll be the same show plus a possible surprise, and in this instance, twice over. provided she’s in a good mood.

anyway, for those who missed out on the priced moment (and that includes yours truly who had decided, to my own detriment, to boycott this year’s show) – we’ve got the live recording which is now available in VAMP NETWORK. please pardon the audio quality.

Akina fanboy since 14. Still undecided which are his top ten favourite Akina tracks as it's mission impossible. Digs "Everlasting Love" a whole lot more than the average Akina fan.

  1. I am just glad that the people who bought tickets to her countdown show received a nice present. She shows that she can still pull a surprise.

  2. Wow, this is pretty incredible. I thought most of the songs in this CD is almost impossible to sing on stage. Will she have a concert this year?

  3. Although it’s hard to tell her live singing apart from the playback here, the audience’s cheering is nice to hear. It’s actually a quite good sing-along song now that I heard it there. Hope the positive reaction was enough to pressure Akina into planning a tour in the near future.

  4. I also want to hear the live version of DIVA,but it seems that the “VAMP NETWORK” can’t register now? Could someone help me to join it,please? thanks in advance.
